Sirisha is a distinguished professional with a rich tapestry of experience in consulting, program management, and leadership development. An alumnus of IIM A, she further honed her leadership skills with a Fellowship in Leadership in Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a journey accentuated by the esteemed Nehru Fulbright scholarship. Her credentials also include a certification in Design Thinking from the renowned d-school at Stanford University.

Having dedicated over a decade to Cognizant Technology Solutions, Sirisha showcased her prowess by adeptly managing intricate engagements, scaling teams from a mere 5 to an impressive 560 in under half a year. Her exceptional contributions to the field were acknowledged in 2015 when she was honored as one of the 'Global Emerging Transformation Leaders' by Training Magazine in the US.

In her recent endeavors with Align By Design, Sirisha has channeled her expertise towards empowering companies through strategic alignment. Since 2017, her focus has been on culture building, organization design, and people strategy consulting, all aimed at propelling businesses to achieve 10X growth.

Beyond her professional accolades, Sirisha's journey is a testament to her resilience and grit. Harish Bhamidipati (BVHK), with his rich blend of engineering, business, and consulting expertise, is a co-founder Align By Design. Educated at the College of Engineering, Pune, and MDI Gurgaon, Harish has a track record of collaborating with industry frontrunners like Infosys, Cognizant, and BMC Software, where he honed his skills in consulting, project management, and innovation.

His co-founding venture, Choose To Thinq, showcased his dedication to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence to build future relevance in organizations. This experience, combined with his work with companies like VMWare and IDeaS - a SAS company, positions him uniquely to understand the intricacies of organizational culture and strategic alignment.

Before Choose To Thinq, Harish had founded Tender Leaves, an online book library service, which underscores his ability to innovate and think outside the box.
