Evolve- A Culture Hackathon

We are thrilled to unveil Evolve, our upcoming hackathon that celebrates the fusion of alignment, evolution, and creativity. Running from August 27 to September 27, this event invites innovators, designers, and tech enthusiasts to explore groundbreaking ideas and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Event Details

Duration- August 27 2024 to September 27 2024
Format- Two Rounds (Prelims and Finals)
Prizes- Winners and runners-up (2 projects) in each track will receive Rs. 10000 and Rs. 5000 respectively
In addition to the cash prizes, we are offering internship opportunities (ranging from 1-3 months). These internships are open not only to the winning teams but also to participants projects that show significant potential for further development.

Tracks

Creativity in Communication

Transform a chapter from our book into an engaging, creative format that captures the attention of CEOs, founders, and leaders. Utilize innovative mediums such as video, memes, comics, or even a stand-up comedy routine.

The content should be sophisticated, avoiding simplification or negativity, and must stand out distinctly in the corporate world.

Tangible Demonstration of Alignment

Design a tangible, innovative product that illustrates the challenges of misalignment and the benefits of ABD's solutions. This could be a digital tool, a physical device like a modified Rubik’s cube, or an interactive mobile app. The solution should quickly communicate ABD’s value proposition in a memorable way and, if possible, be personalized for specific companies.

Technology and Solution Integration

1. Develop a tool that automatically generates a "future version" of a company’s website based on input from multiple stakeholders. This tool can be used in workshops to help participants envision and align on the future of their company.

2. Implement a system using spaced repetition techniques to deliver bite-sized, tailored learning experiences via email or WhatsApp. The system should leverage book recommendations from an admin and ensure engagement and retention of information.

Open Innovation

Propose any innovative idea or solution that could add value to ABD in areas not covered by the other themes. This could relate to organizational tools, employee engagement, strategic alignment methodologies, or any other area you identify as impactful.
